Commissions are for personal use only. You’re allowed to print the art, gift it, use it on social media, as long as credit is given. You’re not allowed to redistribute, sell, promote your brand or monetized social media (this doesn’t apply to emote/badge commissions), or make any commercial use of the artwork, as well as claim it as your own. For commercial purposes, please contact me to discuss about it since the price will vary accordingly.
Usage
As the artist, I hold the right to post the finished artwork to my social media and/or portfolio, please inform me if you do not wish your commission to be posted online when placing your order. Please provide your social media handle if you would like to be tagged when I post it.
Payment and refunds
I require 50% of the commission to be paid before the sketch is started, after you approve it you have to pay the other 50% so I can proceed to the final version. I do not provide refunds in this case, but in case you don’t want me to proceed to the final version, you can cancel the payment of the second half. If you paid 100% upfront, I will refund 50% and stop at the sketch if you do not wish me to proceed to the final version.
If I don’t receive at least half of the payment in one week and have not been contacted, I will consider the order cancelled.
Changes and additional fees
I will send the sketch for you to approve, additional changes requested on the sketch stage are free of charge; changes requested after the artwork is finished will require an additional fee. I do not do rush orders (I need at least a week to work on a commission).
Complex designs or backgrounds, weapons, animals and other additional items can also make the commission price get higher, depending on how detailed it is.
